Apologies for the delay in producing the guide to Chess in Art resources promised at the end of the series last Saturday. Unfortunately the same day I suffered a small computer disaster and my PC, on which the information was located, only came back to me late last night. (Yes, I know, back up back up back up - I'd done that earlier in the week and most of the work on the particular file involved was done afterwards.)
Anyway, the piece should now appear next Saturday instead. Apologies again. Michaelangelo might have painted the Sistine Chapel on wet and fast-drying plaster, but he never had to wait a week for it to come back from the shop, did he?
