Master Game VI '81 was a plausible guess given that the final there was Short beating Miles, and EJH reminisced about AJM the other day. Sadly my book, or my glance at it, confirms it's not.
How about Rxa3, with White saying "the bishop blocked by view of the a4 pawn"?
I don't think this would come from one of the Karpov - Korchnoi II games so I'm guessing Master Game of some kind.
