  1. Oh yes, the line where Black promotes his e pawn to a Bishop on move 9. I'm thinking of giving it a punt myself.

  3. I should mention one of Malc's masterpieces from about ten years ago from 'Chess' Magazine. A whole row was missing - either White or Black's first - meaning the board was 7 by 8, therefore one side had about five pieces missing, including his king.
