1.Nf4+ Kg7 2.Nxg6 Kxh7 (2...Nc5+ 3.Kf5; 2...Nf2+ 3.Kf3 and the same thing as in the main line) 3.Nf8+ Kg7 4.Ne6+ and 5.Kxd3 looks like what we want.
