Chess Images

Frequently enough, I encounter images featuring chess that I like. Here is a recent find:

But frankly, I have no idea how to make a good blog post out of them.

Caption competition? Guess the players? Just present the image, gallerifically? Any suggestions welcome. Normal service resumed tomorrow.

Comments:
Why not just publish it Tom?

Can't a picture be enough in and of itself.

That's what I'd like to think... but I don't feel confident!

Is that Andrew Stone playing Margaret Thatcher?

Comment of the month competition: winner!

Reveal your identity anonymous? Antony?
Andrew

Do I detect psychological tactics from Antony - ahead of his forthoming clash with Andrew, in the Watford Chess Club Championships?

Vladimir Nabokov, author of The Defense (a.k.a. The Luzhin Defense) and composer of chess problems, playing his wife in a game.

Ah, Michael, it tells you that if you click on Tom's link.

No kid psychology from me, honestly!
But I still lost to Andrew on time after an epic encounter :-)
